Guildhall Public Conveniences - Plumbing and Sanitary Ware Refurbishment

Looe Town Council seeks qualified contractors to remove, refurbish, and refit all plumbing and sanitary ware at Guildhall Public Conveniences. The project includes recommending and installing commercial-quality fixtures including 5 cisterns, 5 toilet bowls, 1 accessible toilet, 2 sink vanity units, and 4 sinks with low-water taps. Works will be phased across three weeks (commencing 7 September) to coordinate with a separate flooring contractor. Deliverables include site meetings, pedestrian barriers, removal of existing fixtures, plumbing inspection and repair, installation of all approved fixtures, and final testing. The contractor must provide itemised cost breakdowns and an overall project cost valid for 4 months. All work must be completed and tested by 1 October with a 6-month guarantee against faulty installation.
