Bikeability Cycle Training Framework Agreement

Norfolk County Council is establishing a framework agreement to procure Bikeability cycle training services. The framework will involve multiple qualified, experienced and registered Bikeability providers delivering structured cycle training across Norfolk. The Council aims to ensure quality, value and performance for residents. The framework is expected to be split into geographic or service-based Lots to optimise service delivery across the county. The initial scope covers a 4-year duration, though the Council is finalising whether this will be a closed or open framework. Please note: Due to ongoing Local Government Review processes (which may result in one, two or three unitary councils in Norfolk by 2028), any awarded contract may be transferred, assigned or novated to successor authorities or a Mayoral Strategic Authority. The Council may also place orders on behalf of other local authorities within Norfolk's current boundaries. Interested providers should confirm their Bikeability registration and capacity to deliver training services across designated lots before tendering.
