    Brief

    The Director is establishing five multi-party framework agreements with specialist service providers to conduct forensic excavation, recovery, and analysis of human remains and associated evidence from the Tuam site. Work will be performed using the single context method under forensic control, in compliance with the Institutional Burials Act 2022 and international best practice standards. Service providers selected for these frameworks will support dignified and rigorous archaeological investigation and evidence preservation at this site. This is Phase Two of the procurement process.
