    Brief

The Director is establishing two multi-party frameworks to engage specialist service providers for forensic excavation, recovery, and analysis of human remains and associated evidence from the Tuam site. Work will be conducted using the single context excavation method under full forensic control and in compliance with the Institutional Burials Act 2022 and international best practice standards. Suppliers should have expertise in forensic archaeology, human remains recovery, evidence preservation, and laboratory analysis. The frameworks will support the systematic and dignified recovery of remains while maintaining the integrity of associated evidence. This is Phase Three of the procurement process.
