Financial Oversight and Compliance Services for PEAT+ Cross-Border Peatland Project

Ulster Wildlife is seeking a qualified service provider to deliver comprehensive financial oversight, compliance monitoring, and governance support for the PEAT+ Project (PP00411), a cross-border peatland restoration initiative. The successful tenderer will provide: financial oversight and claims review services; PEACEPLUS funding compliance assurance; procurement assurance; and independent chair services for project governance. PEAT+ is funded through PEACEPLUS, an EU programme administered by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The service provider should have expertise in EU grant management, financial controls, procurement regulations, and experience chairing project steering committees.
