    Brief

Reed is seeking to partner with organizations to provide Commissioned Rehabilitation Services (CRS) for the Ministry of Justice. This initiative aims to reduce the risk of reoffending by offering comprehensive rehabilitation solutions that include securing accommodation, managing finances and debts, and facilitating education, training, and employment opportunities. We invite applications from organizations, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs), to deliver specialized support in the following areas: 1. **Community Link Work**: Support for individuals in custody and in the community to build and maintain familial relationships. 2. **Housing Support**: Assistance in securing or maintaining suitable accommodation to prevent homelessness, both in custody and in the community. 3. **Education, Training, and Employment**: Support for individuals pre-release and in the community to access and sustain education, training, or employment. 4. **Finance, Benefits, and Debt Management**: Help with immediate financial needs, such as freezing debts and stopping benefits, as well as ongoing support for managing finances and debts in the community. 5. **Lived Experience**: Incorporating trained peer mentors or staff to enhance service delivery and demonstrate the benefits of engagement for service users. **How to Respond**: Please complete and submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) by the deadline of July 21, 2025, at 6 PM. The EOI form can be found here: [EOI Form](https://forms.office.com/e/SCxdtA2RW2). For any questions, contact partner.network@reed.com. For information on how we evaluate EOIs and collaborate with partners, please visit our website: [Reed in Partnership](https://reedinpartnership.co.uk/partners/). Please note that this invitation does not guarantee a partnership but is the first step in our selection process. Successful organizations at the EOI stage will undergo further due diligence and pricing analysis before final selection. Thank you for your interest in collaborating with us.
