Employment Support Service Delivery Partnership

Reed in Partnership is recruiting delivery partners for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Future Employment Support programme. This is a substantial employment support initiative providing personalised assistance to out-of-work Universal Credit claimants, helping them overcome barriers to employment and achieve sustained work. Services may include skills development, work experience, health-related employment support, self-employment guidance and employer engagement activities tailored to local labour market needs. Referrals come via Job Centres Plus. The opportunity welcomes applications from public, private and VCSE sector organisations including SMEs. Two application routes are available: Route A for end-to-end delivery providers with proven track records delivering employment services across Commitment and Performance Areas (CPAs), and Route B for specialist and innovation partners offering expertise or innovative solutions. Successful organisations should demonstrate experience in supporting individuals into sustained employment, delivering personalised interventions, employer engagement, supporting people with health conditions and complex barriers, and understanding local labour market needs.
