Employment Support Service Partnership Opportunity

Reed in Partnership is seeking organisations to partner in delivering the Department for Work and Pensions' Future Employment Support (FES) programme. This initiative provides personalised employment support to out-of-work Universal Credit claimants, helping them overcome barriers to work and achieve sustained employment. Services may include skills development, work experience, health-related employment support, self-employment guidance, and employer engagement activities tailored to local labour market needs. Referrals come through Job Centres Plus (JCPs). We welcome applications from public, private, and VCSE sector organisations, including SMEs. We particularly seek partners with proven experience in: supporting individuals into sustained employment, delivering personalised interventions, employer engagement and workforce development, supporting people with health conditions and complex barriers, delivering services informed by local labour market needs, and innovative solutions for securing and sustaining work. Two application routes are available: Route A for end-to-end delivery providers with capacity to deliver across one or more Contract Package Areas (CPAs), and Route B for specialist organisations and innovation partners offering complementary expertise. Selected organisations may progress to market engagement events, webinars, discussions, information requests, due diligence, and commercial negotiations.
