Video Surveillance and Security Management System Supply and Support

The Authority is seeking a supplier to design, supply, install, configure, integrate, test, commission, and maintain a comprehensive Video Surveillance System (VSS) and Security Management System (SMS) across all designated sites. The successful supplier will deliver a fully operational Genetec-based SMS platform aligned to agreed High-Level and Low-Level Design specifications, integrate all relevant security subsystems including CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Intruder Detection Systems, manage the installation and lifecycle of CCTV infrastructure, and ensure full interoperability with legacy devices and future standards-based technologies. Deliverables include complete project documentation, designs, implementation and test plans, commissioning records, asset registers, and handover packs. The supplier will provide ongoing support services including maintenance, monthly and quarterly performance reporting covering system availability, incidents and SLA compliance, support for IT Health Checks and accreditation activities, and optional professional services for ad-hoc enhancements and consultancy on a time and materials basis. This procurement will be conducted under a Competitive Flexible procedure in accordance with The Procurement Act 2023.
