Multi-Supplier Catering Framework for The True Learning Partnership Schools 2027-2032

The True Learning Partnership (TTLP) is procuring a multi-supplier catering framework to provide food services across its schools, starting April 2027. The framework will initially serve 5 schools, with scope for additional schools to join later. Between 1 and 3 catering providers will be selected to deliver flexible, high-quality services tailored to each school's needs and values. This is a competitive procurement process using a pre-qualification stage to shortlist bidders, followed by site surveys, tender submissions, and interviews. The successful provider(s) must demonstrate best value, have strong local infrastructure and labour resources, maintain relief cover capability, and hold a minimum £10,000,000 Employer's Liability Insurance. Key dates include site surveys and briefings in late October 2026, tender deadline mid-November 2026, and interviews in early December 2026. The contract will run for an initial 3-year term with options to extend for two additional 1-year periods (5 years total). Participation in the framework is voluntary for TTLP schools.
