Asylum Support and Accommodation Services Contract

The Home Office is seeking suppliers to deliver integrated asylum support services through the Future Asylum Contracts Transformation (FACT) programme. This is a long-term transformation of asylum support delivery, replacing multiple existing contracts. Suppliers will be responsible for: (1) identifying, acquiring, and maintaining diverse, safe, and compliant accommodation across contracted regions; (2) managing accommodation to defined standards with maintenance and complaint resolution systems; (3) providing 24/7/365 transport services with suitable vehicles and professional drivers; (4) delivering sustenance support through food vouchers or cash payments; (5) implementing safety and security measures including staff training and vetting; (6) establishing effective communication with asylum seekers through clear, accessible information and single points of contact; and (7) ensuring wellbeing and safeguarding through partner coordination, welfare checks, and staff resources. Service User Assistance and External Assurance will be procured separately and are out of scope for this opportunity. The Home Office intends to procure services under the Light Touch regime in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
