Brief

EEM is consolidating two expiring frameworks into a single Fire Safety, Security and Entry and Access Systems Framework to serve its membership. This framework will support both domestic and commercial property clients with integrated solutions across three main service areas. Lot 1: Fire and Intruder Alarms (Midlands and National) - Supply, installation, servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems, detection and output devices, sprinkler and suppression systems, fire protection equipment, dry and wet riser systems, automatic opening vents, emergency lighting, and intruder alarm systems. Bidders must be capable of delivering all listed services. Lot 2: Door Entry, Access Control and CCTV Systems (Midlands and National) - Design, supply, installation and maintenance of door entry systems, access control solutions, CCTV and surveillance equipment, and automated entry and physical security systems. Bidders must demonstrate capability across all service categories. Lot 3: Warden Call and Assisted Living Systems (Midlands and National) - Installation and upkeep of warden call and nurse call systems, telecare devices, personal alarms, assisted living solutions, and integration with monitoring centres. Bidders must cover all specified services. The 4-year framework will serve EEM members and authorized users, including registered social landlords, local authorities, NHS bodies, emergency services, educational establishments, registered charities, and other publicly funded contracting authorities. Domestic properties include housing stock, flats, sheltered housing and depots. Commercial properties include business units, hospitals, care facilities, schools, colleges, universities, leisure centres, and industrial facilities.
