Fire Safety, Fire Doors and Building Remediation Works Framework

EEM is seeking contractors to establish a framework agreement for Fire Safety, Fire Doors, and Building Remediation Works to replace the existing framework expiring in November 2026. The framework will serve EEM members across residential and non-residential properties. The procurement is split into three main lots: Lot 1 (Fire Safety and Building Remediation Works - Midlands and National coverage), Lot 2 (Fire Safety Consultancy - Midlands and National coverage), and Lot 3 (Fire Doors - National coverage with sub-lots for composite, timber, and timber internal fire doors, available for supply only or supply and installation). EEM reserves the right to appoint up to 8 contractors per lot, plus reserve bidders. The framework agreement will run for 4 years with potential call-off contracts extending up to 5 years beyond that. All bidders must declare corporate relationships and meet specified accreditations and qualifications. This framework is available to publicly funded organizations including local authorities, NHS bodies, emergency services, educational establishments, registered social landlords, and other contracting authorities under the Procurement Act 2023.
