Digital Asset Management System Implementation

This is an opportunity to supply and implement a fully configured, secure, and scalable Digital Asset Management System (DAMS). The system will serve approximately 340+ staff users, 4-5 system administrators, and 1,500-2,000 external users including grantees, partner organizations, suppliers, and journalists, with variable monthly fluctuations. Key requirements include support for multi-brand environments, self-service user access, asset governance, consent tracking, and an intuitive user experience for both staff and external users. The supplier will be responsible for ensuring the system is fully configured, tested, and ready for deployment to meet organizational asset management needs.
