    Brief

SETU Waterford seeks suppliers to deliver, install, and commission three pieces of specialized laboratory equipment for the SEAM Research Centre located in the Applied Technology Building. Lot 1 involves supplying and installing a replacement High-Resolution X-Ray Computed Tomography (CT) System. Lot 2 requires a High-Definition Bench-top Digital Microscope System. Lot 3 involves replacing a Detector for the existing GE VTomex L300 Industrial CT System. All equipment will be installed on the ground floor of SEAM facilities. The contracting authority will manage all necessary laboratory preparation and construction work. Following contract award, the successful tenderer must evaluate the installation site and site access, identify any required service alterations, and advise SETU accordingly; this evaluation may be conducted remotely if needed. The tenderer must provide access to their facility for factory acceptance testing (FAT) of all equipment. If SETU cannot attend FAT in person, the tenderer must supply a detailed certificate of successful factory testing. Tenderers should confirm their ability to meet all these requirements.
