    The Marine Institute is seeking suppliers to provide, install, and commission an automated Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) instrument for laboratory use. The system will prepare shellfish samples for marine toxin analysis using C18 and SPE-COOH ion-exchange cartridges, with results analyzed via High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with Fluorescence Detection (HPLC-FLD) to detect Paralytic Shellfish Toxins (PSTs). The supplier must deliver a complete solution including the instrument, professional installation, commissioning services, and a comprehensive five-year warranty and service maintenance contract.
