    Birmingham Children's Trust is seeking a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive Display Screen Equipment (DSE) compliance and support services for staff members who use computers and screens as part of their daily work. Key Requirements: - Conduct thorough DSE assessments (both remote and on-site) to evaluate current workstation setups - Provide ergonomic seating solutions tailored to individual user needs and organizational requirements - Supply and install new ergonomic chairs with proper configuration and adjustment - Perform setup and adjustment services for both newly delivered chairs and the Trust's existing chair inventory (where applicable) - Deliver clear, actionable reports and management information to track compliance and support audit requirements - Maintain responsive, SLA-driven service delivery with measurable performance metrics Assessments should be triggered when new workstations are established, new staff members join, significant changes occur in work environments, or employees report discomfort or health concerns. The supplier must ensure staff have appropriate workstation ergonomics and timely implementation of recommended adjustments.
