Accommodation and Support Services for Young People in Vulnerable Circumstances

This opportunity seeks qualified providers to deliver short, medium, and long-term accommodation and support services for five distinct cohorts of young people: young people aged 16-17 years; vulnerable 18-year-olds; homeless young people; pregnant teenagers under 18 years of age; and young mothers under 18 years of age. Services should provide safe housing, case management, life skills training, mental health support, educational guidance, and practical assistance to help these vulnerable groups achieve stability and independence. Providers should demonstrate experience working with at-risk youth, trauma-informed approaches, and ability to coordinate with relevant agencies including local authorities, health services, and educational institutions.
