Southend City Council has established a Care at Home Framework Agreement with 17 suppliers across 7 lots, with a total estimated value of £110,000,000. This framework covers three core service areas: Homecare (personalized in-home assistance including daily living support, personal hygiene, and medication management), Reablement Services (short-term interventions to restore independence following illness or hospitalization), and Southend Enhanced Discharge (hospital-to-home transition services). The framework includes three lead providers appointed for Lots 1-3 (West, West Central, and East Central areas) and four locality provider lots (Lots 4-7) serving West, West Central, East Central, and East areas.
