Southend City Council has signed a £110 million Care at Home Framework Agreement with 17 suppliers to deliver homecare, reablement, and hospital discharge services across seven geographic lots.
The London Borough of Havering is seeking qualified providers for a 4-year framework delivering homecare, supported living, and care home services for adults.
