Southend City Council has signed a £110 million Care at Home Framework Agreement with 17 suppliers to deliver homecare, reablement, and hospital discharge services across seven geographic lots.
Framework agreement to supply home care services in Leicester for people requiring general or high dependency support, with contracts from April 2026 for up to 7 years.
