Cyngor Gwynedd Framework Agreement for Recycling and Disposal of Inert Waste Rubble

Cyngor Gwynedd (Gwynedd Council) is establishing a Framework Agreement to manage the recycling and/or disposal of inert waste rubble collected from Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) across the Gwynedd region in Wales. The council seeks to appoint qualified, licensed service providers who can accept, handle, transport (where applicable), recycle, and/or dispose of inert waste in compliance with all applicable environmental legislation. The opportunity is divided into three geographical lots: Lot 1A (Arfon Area), Lot 2D (Dwyfor Area), and Lot 3M (Meirionnydd Area). Qualified bidders should demonstrate capacity to maximize recycling performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering value for money. Interested suppliers must hold appropriate licenses and environmental certifications to manage inert waste materials.
