24/7 UK-Based Managed Security Monitoring and Incident Response

This opportunity seeks a provider to deliver an outsourced hybrid Security Operations Centre (SOC) with the following core capabilities: Managed Detection and Response (MDR) available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) for investigation and remediation of security incidents; and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) to support proactive threat identification. The selected supplier must integrate seamlessly with the organisation's existing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform, Endpoint Detection and Response/Extended Detection and Response (EDR/XDR) tools, and IT ticketing system. The service must be delivered from UK-based locations to meet operational and compliance requirements.
