Managed Learning and Development Services Provider for FSCS

FSCS is seeking a Managed Learning and Development Service Provider to partner with our People Team in delivering comprehensive learning and development opportunities to our workforce. The successful Service Provider will design and implement a flexible, scalable training solution that integrates career pathway frameworks across all organizational levels and departments. Key requirements include: providing access to a diverse range of learning formats (online courses, classroom training, professional qualifications, and custom content); leveraging advanced learning technologies to personalize learning experiences and adapt to individual career goals; managing relationships with multiple internal and external training suppliers through a neutral vendor or managed learning service model; supporting the development of bespoke learning programmes that align with organizational skills and capability needs; and fostering a culture of continuous learning and capability development throughout FSCS. The solution must be cost-effective, accessible, flexible, and strategically aligned with FSCS' business objectives and workforce development priorities.
