Printing and Delivery of Teacher Learning Materials for Malawi Schools

Montrose International, contracted by the UK government's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), is seeking a qualified printing and packaging supplier to support the National Mathematics Curriculum Reform Programme (NMCRP) in Malawi. The successful supplier will be responsible for printing, binding, packing, and delivering learner workbooks and teacher guides to schools across Malawi. The materials have been reviewed and approved by the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (MoBSE). The project involves large-scale production of approximately 3,823,387 learner workbooks and 40,547 teacher guides per school term. Suppliers should have experience in educational materials production, quality assurance capabilities, and reliable logistics networks for delivery within Malawi. Final quantities and specifications will be confirmed at the contract stage.
