Security Services for Emergency Accommodation at Ty Fesen and Hotel Site

Caerphilly County Borough Council's Housing Solutions Service is seeking a security provider to deliver security and concierge services at two emergency accommodation facilities: Ty Fesen (a 13-unit residential building in Caerphilly town centre providing temporary homelessness accommodation for up to 12 months) and a 10-bed hotel in Abertridwr (with potential for expansion). The successful contractor will be responsible for protecting the welfare, safety and security of the premises, staff and residents across both sites. Ty Fesen accommodates diverse households including families with children, single parents, and individuals, while the hotel provides additional overflow capacity.
