London Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation Services - Market Engagement

The Greater London Authority (GLA) and Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) are seeking suppliers to deliver domestic abuse safe accommodation and support services across London. This is a preliminary market engagement for the recommissioning of services currently provided by voluntary and community sector organisations, local authorities, and housing providers. The opportunity involves delivering a range of services including refuge accommodation, dispersed housing, sanctuary schemes, and second-stage accommodation for domestic abuse survivors and their children. Anticipated funding is approximately £20 million per annum for up to six years (final amounts to be confirmed by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government). Current services conclude by March 2027, creating a transition period to implement a refreshed, innovative service model.
