The contract will be administered by ESOS Energy Ltd, who will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement. Suppliers must deliver comprehensive services including contract setup, invoicing and account administration, and ongoing customer support. The contract term is flexible, offered in 12, 24, or 36-month options, with the Trust selecting the term that provides best value. Successful suppliers must ensure reliable water supply continuity, manage all onboarding and switching activities (including data collection and industry compliance flows), and guarantee seamless service commencement on the agreed start date with zero service interruption.
