Newbridge High School is seeking a fixed price tender for the complete replacement of its heating system, as designed by McCann and Partners. This is a phased project spanning three summer holiday periods (2026, 2027, and 2028) to minimize disruption to school operations. Project Scope: - Remove and dispose of the existing heating distribution system throughout the school and connect to the boiler house - Install a new heating system while maintaining adequate heating services in operational areas - Commission all heating system components including draining, filling, venting, and circulation system recommissioning Phasing Requirements: The contractor must phase work across three summer periods aligned with budget allocations: 20% in Summer 2026, 55% in Summer 2027, and 25% in Summer 2028.
