England Tourism Product Audit and Training Using AI Tools

VisitEngland seeks suppliers with strong artificial intelligence expertise to develop an AI-enabled audit system that inventories England's tourism products and experiences, segmented by market priority and regional Local Visitor Economy Partnerships (LVEPs). The project includes three main components: (1) an AI-powered product and experience audit that builds on existing initial audit work, (2) a national analytical tool that transforms audit data into actionable, region-filtered insights for LVEPs, and (3) training and knowledge transfer to enable the LVEP network to effectively use these tools. VisitEngland will provide initial audit data, product listings from LVEPs, and a required data schema. Suppliers may bid for either Lot 1 (Product and Experience Audit and Tools) or Lot 2 (Training and Knowledge Transfer), or both lots, with separate evaluation for each. No specific AI model, platform, or vendor is mandated; suppliers should propose the technology stack that best meets requirements while meeting intellectual property, data protection, security, and accessibility standards.
