Floral Planting and Maintenance Contract (2026-2028)

Seaton Valley Community Council (SVCC) is seeking bids from experienced horticultural contractors for the supply, installation, and maintenance of floral planting schemes in the villages of Seaton Delaval, Seghill, Seaton Sluice, New Hartley, and Holywell. This contract aims to support the Council's shift from traditional annual bedding plants to sustainable perennial planting, including wildflower areas to enhance biodiversity. **Contract Duration:** The contract will run from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2028, with a possible extension of up to 24 months based on performance. **Estimated Value:** The total estimated value for the contract period is between £100,000 and £120,000, with an expected budget of £50,000 to £60,000 for the first year. **Scope of Services:** Detailed information is available in the Specification and FAQs.
