Rehabilitation of Rental Housing in Conde Sur L'Escaut

This contract involves architectural, engineering, and planning services for the rehabilitation of 172 individual rental housing units located in Conde Sur L'Escaut, specifically at the Residence le Jard. The main task for the project manager includes essential rehabilitation operations for building structures, supplemented by additional services such as technical diagnostics, dynamic thermal simulation, and energy diagnostics. The work will take place in an occupied environment, requiring candidates to present a multidisciplinary team with expertise in architecture, building thermal engineering, and PEMD diagnostics. The total duration of the project is estimated at 50 months, which includes study periods, work procurement, execution, and completion. The financial envelope allocated for the project is approximately €17,150,000 (excluding VAT), with an expected construction duration of 18 months (excluding preparation time). The rehabilitation will cover various types of housing units, with specific thermal performance targets to achieve a C rating. The contract will be awarded on a global and fixed-price basis, subject to revision.
