Architectural Services for Building Rehabilitation in Flines-lez-Raches

This contract is for architectural services related to the rehabilitation of 53 collective housing units and 3 individual homes located on Rue Prévert and Place de la Gare in Flines-lez-Raches, France. The project includes basic architectural services, technical diagnostics, and energy diagnostics. The contract is fixed-price and the costs are subject to revision. The work will take place in an occupied environment, aiming to improve the thermal performance of the buildings to achieve an average energy label rating of C, approximately 120 kWh/m² per year.
