France – Technical Studies – Framework Agreement for Services Related to Real Estate Diagnostics in the Properties of Partenord Habitat 2026-2029 - Relaunch of Lots No. 12-13 and 14 due to Unsuccessful Bids and Cancellation

The initial consultation No. 25243 aimed to provide services related to real estate diagnostics in the properties of Partenord Habitat. These services were divided into 14 lots based on geographical sectors, except for lots No. 12, 13, and 14, which cover the entire portfolio of Partenord Habitat. This procedure only concerns lots No. 12, 13, and 14. Lot No. 12 was unsuccessful (no bids submitted), and lots No. 13 and 14 were canceled for public interest reasons due to errors in the Specific Regulations of the Consultation (RPC) affecting the procedure's validity. Each lot will have a distinct single-award framework agreement, valid for two (2) years from the notification date until 31/12/2027, and may be extended once for an additional two (2) years, until 31/12/2029, based on unit price schedules. Prices are subject to revision as outlined in the CCP. The framework agreements are concluded without a minimum amount and with maximum amounts specified for each period in the lot description.
