Food Products Supply for Social Services in Sapareva Banya

This procurement contract involves periodic deliveries of food products for the needs of the Home Social Patronage, Hristo Botev School, and St. Anna Kindergarten in Sapareva Banya municipality. The contract is divided into six specific categories: 1. Delivery of bread and bakery products 2. Delivery of various food products 3. Delivery of meat and meat products 4. Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables 5. Delivery of milk and dairy products 6. Delivery of canned vegetables and fruits. Each category will require the following activities: 1. Ongoing delivery of food products using the supplier's own transport based on written requests from the budgetary units that are the end recipients of the food products. 2. Ongoing delivery in accordance with the activities of the Operational Program for Food and/or material support and/or other national programs that finance public dining services. Each delivery request will be separate and will need to be invoiced and paid separately. While there are no significant changes in the execution or specifics of the deliveries, proper documentation and accounting practices necessitate the defined activities. It is important to note that for deliveries under Activity 2, the budget is limited based on the service users and approved funds, and the execution timeline is determined by the funding program. Therefore, the execution of deliveries under Activity 2 is subject to the conditions of the funding program, which may terminate before the contract's expiration if funding ceases.
