North Haaga Railway Station Renovation Contract

Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (Urban Transport) is organizing a tender for the renovation of the North Haaga railway station, as outlined in this request for proposals and its attachments. The renovation will be carried out as a total contract. The scope of the contract is described in the contract program and in the technical attachments included in the request for proposals. The contractor will act as the main contractor and the principal executor as defined by law, responsible for both site management duties and site services. These responsibilities and services are detailed in the contract program, the contract boundary attachment, and the general terms and conditions (YSE 1998). After the acceptance of the contract, the main contractor's site management responsibilities and obligations related to site safety will continue until any deficiencies and defects identified during the acceptance of the contract have been corrected. The contract period is tentatively from May 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. SITE VISIT: The client requires that the bidder has familiarized themselves with the project site and the prevailing conditions before submitting a bid. The client will organize a joint site visit on January 15, 2026, from 09:30 to 11:00. Registration for the joint site visit must be done in advance by January 14, 2026, at 16:00 via email to niklas.nyman@kaupunkiliikenne.fi and ari.salminen@rapp.fi. NOTE: Questions cannot be asked during the joint site visit, nor will answers to potential questions be provided. All questions related to the project and the request for proposals must be submitted through the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal. TENDER DOCUMENTS: Some of the tendering documents are classified as confidential because they contain critical information related to the client's infrastructure. Confidential documents can be provided to companies considering submitting a bid after submitting a signed non-disclosure agreement form. The non-disclosure agreement should be sent via email to niklas.nyman@kaupunkiliikenne.fi, ari.salminen@rapp.fi, and kilpailutus@kaupunkiliikenne.fi. After the signed non-disclosure agreement, the tender documents will be sent to the company via an email link from the NiiniPlus project bank. The contracting authority reserves the right to evaluate the justification for the request and, if necessary, request additional information.
