Water Management Services Contract

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for ongoing maintenance and management of watercourses and water management devices in the Gryfice area. The work includes the operation, servicing, and maintenance of drainage systems, flood protection embankments, and other water management facilities. The contract is divided into five parts, with the aim of awarding five framework agreements to a maximum of ten contractors for each part. These agreements will set the terms for future orders that may be placed over a period of up to 22 months. The quantities listed in the pricing schedules are indicative. It is important to note that the framework agreement does not obligate the buyer to place any future orders. Each specific order will involve tasks as detailed in the contract description, with further specifics provided in Annex 1 of the procurement documents.
