Office Cleaning Services in Poland

This contract involves providing cleaning services for office spaces and window washing at the headquarters of the Regional Water Management Authority in Poznań, Poland, from 2026 to 2028. The services include: 1. Office Cleaning: - Location: ul. Chlebowa 4/8 - Total area: 2459.07 m², with 2352.32 m² cleaned according to a schedule and 107 m² (archive rooms) cleaned quarterly. - Building A: Ground floor and first floor with 49 and 77 workstations respectively, including bathrooms and kitchens. - Building C: 19 workstations, including bathrooms and a kitchen. - Location: ul. Grunwaldzka 21 - Total area: 305.5 m², cleaned twice a year, including 18 rooms on the -10 floor, one workstation, archive rooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen. Detailed cleaning frequency and tasks are provided in the attached graphic. 2. Window Washing: - Location: ul. Chlebowa 4/8 - 950 m² of windows, cleaned at least three times a year across three floors of Building A and the ground floor of Building C. - Location: ul. Grunwaldzka 21 - 83.81 m² of windows, cleaned once a year on the -10 floor.
