Printing and Mailing Services Contract

This procurement process aims to establish a framework agreement for printing and mailing preparation services for the outgoing business mail of BG Verkehr (Lot 1). BG Verkehr requires services to handle outgoing business mail from its headquarters in Hamburg. The business mail includes both daily outgoing mail and regular bulk mailings. The contract is divided into two lots: • Lot 1 includes central printing and mailing preparation, • Lot 2 includes the necessary mailing services. The services to be provided include the acceptance and processing of electronically transmitted print data, printing along with postage and envelope preparation, and preparing shipments for mailing. The mailing services will be tendered separately as Lot 2 at a later date.
