Hotel Services for Regional Seminars in Germany

This open procurement process aims to establish framework agreements with venues across Germany for hotel services related to prevention seminars organized by the BG Verkehr. The services will be divided into 17 lots based on regions, with each lot being published sequentially. Venues for lots 1-13 and 15-16 should be located within the catchment areas of the respective regional departments and their branches. Lots 17 and 18 require centrally located venues that are easily accessible for seminar participants traveling from across the country. Note: Lot 14 does not exist. Specifically, Lot 2 involves a framework agreement with 3 contractors for approximately 22 seminars annually in the Hamburg region (postal codes 20, 22, 235-238, 241-246). Lot 3 involves a similar agreement in the Hannover region (postal codes 29, 210-215). Other lots cover various regions with specified postal codes and estimated seminar counts. Lots 1-7, 10, 11, 17, and 18 have already been published, while lots 8, 9, 13, 15, and 16 will be published simultaneously with Lot 12.
