Hotel Services for Regional Seminars in Germany

This open procurement process aims to establish framework agreements with venues across Germany for hotel services related to prevention seminars organized by the BG Verkehr. The services will be divided into 17 lots based on regions, with each lot being published sequentially. The venues for lots 1-13 and 15-16 should be located within the catchment areas of the respective regional departments and their branches. Lots 17 and 18 require centrally located venues that are easily accessible for seminar participants traveling from across the country. Note: Lot 14 does not exist. Specifically, Lot 2 covers the Hamburg regional department area (postal codes 20, 22, 235-238, 241-246) with plans for 3 contractors to hold approximately 22 seminars annually. Lot 3 covers the Hannover regional department area (postal codes 29, 210-215) with plans for 3 contractors to hold approximately 22 seminars annually. Lot 4 covers the Hannover regional department area (postal codes 28, 30, 31, 272-494) with plans for 2 contractors to hold approximately 14 seminars annually. Lot 5 covers the Berlin regional department area (postal codes 10-13, 16) with plans for 3 contractors to hold approximately 25 seminars annually. Lot 6 covers the Dresden regional department area (postal codes 010-016, 04, 06) with plans for 2 contractors to hold approximately 13 seminars annually. Lot 7 covers the Dresden regional department area (postal codes 07, 08) with plans for 2 contractors to hold approximately 20 seminars annually. Lot 8 covers the Wuppertal regional department area (postal codes 42, 51, 570-574, 58) with plans for 3 contractors to hold approximately 32 seminars annually. Lot 9 covers the Wuppertal regional department area (postal codes 40, 44, 45) with plans for 2 contractors to hold approximately 27 seminars annually. Lot 10 covers the Wiesbaden regional department area (postal codes 55, 67, 651-656) with plans for 2 contractors to hold approximately 8 seminars annually. Lot 11 covers the Wiesbaden regional department area (postal codes 60, 61, 630-636, 657-659) with plans for 2 contractors to hold approximately 15 seminars annually. Lot 12 covers the Munich regional department area (postal codes 90-92) with plans for 3 contractors to hold approximately 19 seminars annually. Lot 13 covers the Munich regional department area (postal codes 80-86) with plans for 2 contractors to hold approximately 18 seminars annually. Lot 15 covers the Tübingen regional department area (postal codes 720-722, 75-77) with plans for 2 contractors to hold approximately 15 seminars annually. Lot 16 covers the Tübingen regional department area (postal codes 723-728, 89) with plans for 2 contractors to hold approximately 16 seminars annually. Lot 17 will be for centrally located venues in postal code areas 341-343, 370-372 with plans for 3 contractors to hold approximately 27 seminars annually. Lot 18 will be for centrally located venues in postal code areas 360-362 with plans for 4 contractors to hold approximately 50 seminars annually. Lots 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, and 16 will be published simultaneously. Lots 1-7, 10, 11, 17, and 18 have already been published.
