IT Services for South Ostrobothnia Welfare Area

The procurement unit is requesting proposals for a situational awareness solution to meet the needs of the South Ostrobothnia welfare area. The focus is on an On-Premises situational awareness solution (operational management system) that enables the creation of situational awareness at both unit and organizational levels. It will help organize and manage patient/customer logistics, assign various tasks to units and professionals, and support and guide different organizational functions through its functionalities. The reports and other information obtained through the solution will aid in management and development. The procurement includes the delivery of the solution, support and maintenance services, further development, and expert services. There are two (2) options related to the procurement: functionalities for operational units and extended support and maintenance services. The supplier must provide a complete solution; partial offers are not accepted, and alternative offers are not accepted. The tender documents are in Finnish, and the proposal must be submitted in Finnish. The procurement follows the procurement law 1397/2016. The procedure is an open procedure exceeding the EU threshold.
