Romania – Road Marking Works

This contract involves the execution of thin-layer road marking works necessary for national interest roads, including highways, express roads, international roads 'E', primary national roads, and secondary national roads managed by C.N.A.I.R. S.A. The contract is divided into eight lots, each corresponding to different regional directorates: Lot 1 – Bucharest, Lot 2 – Craiova, Lot 3 – Timisoara, Lot 4 – Cluj, Lot 5 – Brasov, Lot 6 – Iasi, Lot 7 – Constanta, Lot 8 – Buzau. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the duration of the framework agreement, as well as for each subsequent contract (Year I, Year II, Year III, and Year IV), are detailed in Annex A of the specifications. Interested suppliers have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to 25 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification 12 days before the offer submission deadline, allowing suppliers adequate time to review the documentation and prepare their bids.
