Cleaning Services for Urban and Rural Areas

This contract involves the procurement of cleaning services for service areas along the A3 highway, specifically in the Nusfalau – Suplacu de Barcau section at km 69+150. The services are essential for maintaining the integrity and functionality of parking areas and restrooms, ensuring accessibility for all road users. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 1,159,029.48 lei and 1,512,233.80 lei, excluding VAT. The framework agreement does not constitute a legal basis for public fund commitment; subsequent contracts will be awarded under this framework, which will serve as the legal basis for payment. The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the contract in accordance with Article 221 of Law 98/2016, provided that such modifications do not constitute substantial changes. Key clauses include provisions for contract duration extension, price adjustments due to legislative changes, and the possibility of increasing service quantities to meet performance indicators. Interested suppliers must submit clarification requests at least 18 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests within 11 days prior to the deadline.
