Construction and Repair Works at the Rectorate Building

This public procurement contract aims to select a contractor for construction and repair works in 11 rooms and common areas, covering a total area of 400 square meters at the Rectorate building of the Medical University of Varna, located at 55 Marin Drinov Street, Varna. The construction and repair works include demolition and installation activities related to walls, ceilings, and flooring, cable laying, construction of drywall partitions, modifications to plumbing and heating systems, replacement of radiators, and installation of interior doors. Detailed specifications of the construction and repair works are provided in Appendix 1 – Technical Specification. The quantities of work are estimated and may change during the execution of the contract, potentially requiring additional activities not included in the initial cost estimate but necessary for fulfilling the contract's objectives. The materials used must comply with the regulations set forth in Ordinance No. RD-02-20-1 dated February 5, 2015, regarding the conditions for using construction products in Bulgaria. The contracting authority reserves the right to assign additional activities that arise during the execution of the contract, which may increase the quantities of work or introduce new activities that are objectively necessary for fulfilling the contract. The costs for these additional activities will not exceed 10% of the total price proposed by the participant for the execution of the contract, as determined by the initial cost estimate.
