Dental Supplies and Equipment for Medical University of Varna

This procurement contract is for selecting a supplier to provide periodic deliveries of materials, consumables, and instruments for surgical dentistry and endodontics for the Faculty of Dental Medicine and the University Medical Dental Center at the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" in Varna. The supplies will support the clinical and diagnostic activities during practical training for students and postgraduate training for dental medicine doctors, as well as for research activities at the Faculty and Center. The quantities specified in the technical specification are estimates for a 24-month period and will be used for evaluating bids. The buyer will determine the types and quantities of goods based on specific needs and financial capacity. The buyer is not obligated to exhaust the maximum allowable value and volume of the contract and reserves the right to order more or less than the estimated quantities, including products not listed in the technical specification, under the conditions described in section 5 of the Guidelines – Option upon assignment. The estimated quantity for this procurement is 6,621 units (pieces, sets, boxes, packages, syringes) as per the attached technical specification. The total estimated value of this procurement for the duration of the contract is 291,666.67 BGN excluding VAT, which includes: 1. Total value for products included in the technical specification - 281,166.67 BGN excluding VAT and 2. Total value for products not included in the technical specification (option) – 10,500.00 BGN excluding VAT. The stated estimated value represents the maximum allowable value of the procurement contract, which the buyer limits itself to but is not obligated to spend.
