Public Inland Water Maintenance Services Contract

This contract involves establishing framework agreements for the maintenance of public inland waters and water facilities in the jurisdiction of the Water Management Authority in Augustów. The goal is to create five framework agreements, one for each part of the contract, with up to ten contractors for each part. These agreements will set the terms for future orders that may be placed over a period of up to 36 months. The work will include maintaining public inland waters and related facilities. Detailed specifications for the work are provided in the simplified framework documentation and guidelines for execution and acceptance of work. The framework agreement does not obligate the buyer to place any future orders, and the quantities listed are for comparison purposes only. The total value of the contract is approximately 16 million PLN, with specific budget allocations for each part of the work. The buyer will conduct a procedure for awarding specific orders based on the framework agreement.
