Brief

The project involves the renovation and expansion of Fire and Rescue Station 1, located at Erich-Schlesinger-Str. 24, Rostock, which was originally built in 1983. The construction is divided into four phases, with phases 0 and 1 mostly completed. The upcoming phases 2 (Emergency Services) and 3 (Volunteer Fire Department and Disaster Protection) will commence soon. Phases 2 and 3 consist of separate single-story vehicle halls and attached two-story functional buildings that will house sanitary, social, recreational, and office spaces. Additionally, phase 3 includes a third floor in the northeastern part of the building, which will contain training and fitness rooms, as well as the ventilation center. Phase 2 will also feature a second floor on the southern side as a technical center.
