Romania – Document Storage Services for Archived Documents from the Implementation of POSDRU 2007-2013

The OIPEO Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Research is implementing the project "Logistical Support for the Operation of the Intermediate Body for the Education and Employment Program 2021-2027 (operating expenses - utilities for rented space, other goods and services)“, PEO/111/PEO_P10/AT/AT/PEO_A61_C, SMIS Code 320427, funded by the European Social Fund Plus – Education and Employment Program 2021-2027. We are looking to procure storage services for archived documents resulting from the implementation of POSDRU 2007-2013 (including transportation from the current storage location), which are necessary and mandatory according to the Delegation of Functions Agreement and the current activities of the OIPEO Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Research. The storage services are required for 4,500 boxes measuring 525 x 338 x 306 mm, which are currently stored in Com. Călinești, sat Văleni-Podgoria, nr. 289A, jud. Argeș. The specific objective of this procurement is to ensure adequate space for the storage of archived documents resulting from the implementation of the POSDRU 2007-2013 program. To provide economic operators with sufficient time to analyze the award documentation and, if necessary, submit clarification requests, the contracting authority establishes a period of 13 days before the deadline for submitting offers during which clarification requests can be submitted. These requests will only be submitted through SEAP by accessing the dedicated “Questions” section in the details of the award procedure. If clarification requests or additional information have been submitted within the timeframe specified in the participation announcement, the contracting authority will publish a consolidated response to all received clarification requests on the 10th day (calendar defined) before the deadline for submitting offers. To ensure transparency and traceability of information within the system, both the responses and the related questions will be published in the “Documentation, clarifications, and decisions” section of the participation announcement for access by other economic operators.
