Bread Supply Contract for Schools and Events

This contract involves the supply and delivery of bread for the central kitchen, specifically for the school catering needs of nursery and elementary schools, leisure centers, and home delivery services. The procurement is conducted through a joint purchasing group between the Municipality of Carcassonne (the lead agency) and Carcassonne Agglo Solidarité. It is divided into two lots: 1/ Lot 1: Bread and pastries from conventional agriculture, 2/ Lot 2: Bread from organic agriculture. Additionally, orders may be placed for occasional needs related to event services (buffets, dinner banquets). This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, having minimum and maximum quantities, concluded with a single economic operator per lot for two years: from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. It may be tacitly renewed, with a maximum of 2 renewal periods, each lasting 1 year. The total maximum duration of the contract, including all renewal periods, is 4 years. Candidates must provide a sample for each lot to allow for quality comparison. Given that these are perishable goods where freshness is crucial for quality assessment, they must be delivered on Thursday, October 16, 2025, before 12:00 PM to the central kitchen. Variants are not allowed.
